Meet Siobhan

With over 25 years of professional experience in dance, movement, and embodied wellness, Siobhan brings a holistic, integrative approach to every session. She holds a BA in Dance, Comprehensive Pilates and RTF (Restoring the Foundations) certifications, with training and experience in Immanuel Approach Ministry and a season of study at Fuller Theological Seminary - blending technical precision with a deeply somatic understanding of the body. Her work helps clients build strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, and body awareness from the inside out.

What truly distinguishes Siobhan is the lived wisdom she brings to her practice. She has personally walked through many of the challenges her clients face—deconditioning after dancing professionally, postural changes and core weakening through four pregnancies, and long-standing muscular imbalances from movement injuries, and TMJ. She has experienced profound nervous system and bodily restoration through contemplative practices, breathwork, and mindful movement.

These experiences give her a rare combination of empathy and insight. Siobhan meets each client exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically—offering personalized, restorative, and transformative sessions that honor the whole person. Her work extends beyond movement, integrating tools that support grounded wellness: guided meditation for inner alignment, nutritional support to nourish the body, and couples communication practices that strengthen connection and emotional resilience.

Her dance classes, meanwhile, open space for artistic expression, creativity, and contemplative movement—inviting students into both freedom and joy.

Whether guiding a private Pilates session, facilitating a communication workshop, or supporting someone on a wellness reset, Siobhan is committed to movement and mindfulness as pathways to recovery, empowerment, and wholeness. Her mission is to help individuals and couples rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies and relationships in ways that foster lifelong vitality, integration, and well-being.
