Meet Siobhan

With over 25 years of professional experience in dance and movement, Siobhan brings a depth of knowledge and creativity to every session. She holds a BA in Dance and a professional Comprehensive Pilates Certification, combining technical expertise with a somatic understanding of the body to help clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness from the inside out.

What truly sets Siobhan apart is not just her professional background, but her personal journey. She has successfully navigated the very challenges many of her clients face: hyper-mobility and deconditioning after dancing professionally, postural damage and a weakened core from four pregnancies, and muscular imbalances rooted in sports/dance injuries and TMJ. She’s also successfully experienced nervous system repair through the movement and breathwork benefits of pilates.

These experiences give Siobhan a unique lens of empathy and precision. She meets students and clients exactly where they are—physically, energetically and professionally, offering personalized, transformative sessions that support true healing and fitness integration. In addition, her dance classes create space for artistic expression, creativity and contemplation. Her mission is to help others rebuild strength, reclaim alignment, and reconnect with their bodies in ways that foster strength, integration, and wholeness.

Whether she’s designing movement for a group class or guiding a private session, Siobhan is deeply committed to movement as a path of recovery, empowerment, and self-discovery.

Come discover the perfect blend of body alignment and movement to elevate your wellness journey. Join us in sculpting healthier more vibrant you through dynamic sessions and expert instruction.
